If I used a Bluetooth dongle it would be 3-4 ft from the controller so shouldnt be too bad.

I recall disabling the Bluetooth Support Service as part of some of the Windows services I would normally disable if not using them.

Ive gone to settingsDevicesBluetooth other devices and clicked on add Bluetooth or other device for which it says Couldnt connect.

Ive run the Bluetooth troubleshooter for which it says Select the repairs you want to apply Check Bluetooth compatibility then with a tick box that says No Bluetooth.

After clicking next it says Bluetooth is not available on this device Im at a loss, help.

Connect with USB It didnt come with any USB dongle and the instructions seem to indicate its meant to connect to PC via Bluetooth as long as your running Windows 10.

In the first link you linked Im following the Bluetooth section but there is no toggle switch to turn on Bluetooth in my Bluetooth settings like the pictures indicate.

Downloaded the Xbox accessories app and it continues to show the connect a controller to get started screen.

Edit: I dont have an option to even turn Bluetooth on or off, theres neither any Bluetooth in Device Manager.

I have an XBOX One, and the controller that came with it will only link to my XBOX One.

I have the recharge kit, forget what its called, the USB charge cable that came with it works like a normal USB cable.
